CTG Health Solutions is searching for an Implementation Project Manager for a local health care client. This is a 2 year contract position located in the Buffalo area for a major healthcare organization

The Implementation Manager will oversee the initial implementation of Population Health Software across a number of physician practices.

Additional responsibillities include :

  • Adding external data sources

  • Coordinating activities and progress with the vendor Project Manager

  • Tracking the progress of implementaton at each practice and monitoring the timeline and success of the overall project

  • Familiarity with Medent EHR system

  • Familiarity with population health software and concepts, ideally previous experience with Acadia software

  • Prior software implementation experience

  • SQL Server Reporting Services experience is a plus

  • At least 3 years of IT/Project Management experience

  • Previous health care experience is required

Must be local & onsite.

Acadia integrates with Medent EHR

Typically required 3-4 month implementation

1st cohort of practices being converted: 3 practices across 4 sites

2nd cohort: 4 practices

additional cohorts to follow throughout 2019
