The Account Coordinator is a critical part to our team – planning and performing administrative tasks and projects in support of the site management team and field employees. This person works closely and serves as a liaison between employees and site and account management teams.


Plans and performs administrative tasks and projects in support of the site management team and employees. Works closely and serves as the primary liaison between employees and site & account management. This position is onsite with our end client and directly supporting our employees.


  • Complete all administrative duties in support of the site management team, recruiters, field employees and client managers

  • Serve as a communication focal point for the site and accounting team

  • Ensure clear communications between various business functions

  • Serve as liaison between CTG and employees regarding time sheet, payroll, benefits, travel, background checks and renewals

  • Perform other responsibilities as assignedDuties:

  • Ensure new hire orientation, on-boarding and employee separation procedures are followed and all applicable paperwork is completed.

  • Coordinate conference calls and meetings.

  • Prepare and submit accounts payable to accounting team.

  • Track and update client contact information of technical staff.

  • Administer and support projects as required.

  • Support automated time sheet reporting by following up on missing time sheets; assigning managers to employees, setting up timekeeping and reviewers.

  • Maintain supply inventory and place orders when necessary utilizing purchasing card.

  • Coordinate purchase of office equipment, furniture, and services; ensure proper servicing of office equipment.

  • Track fixed assets (e.g., computers, desks, software, etc.) at office location; perform all shipping and receiving for site office.

  • Assist management with reporting, such as missing time, sick time, ex-hire, client specific and POs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities.Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of one to two years’ experience in an administrative or coordinator role.

  • Competent in relationship building skills

  • Competent in office administration

  • Above average skills with SW applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Must be able to quickly learn company SW tools (applicant track system & global repository etc)
