CTG's premier global client in Whippany, NJ has a 6-month contract assignment for a Part-time Administrative Assistant.
The maximum W2 hourly pay rate will be $25.00/hr, based on experience.
**NOTE: this position is part time 20 hours a week. However, the hours may increase later in the assignment.
Commercial Operations LATAM is the Pharmaceutical Regional Marketing team providing guidance to Latin American countries regarding their marketing plans.
Provide administrative/office support to the LATAM Commercial Operations Team.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Outlook calendars and schedule internal/external meetings and conferences.
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare and process expense reports with attention to accuracy, timelines and compliance with corporate policy requirements.
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for small to large-scale meetings and events.
Provide assistance in procurement of goods, services and office supplies, enter into procurement system and track progress, follow up as needed.
Assist the Executive Assistant with special projects.
Fluency in Spanish is required, fluency in Portuguese desirable but not required
Minimum of 3 years as an administrative professional or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required.
Experience using SharePoint and Concur is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of procurement systems for goods and services is highly desirable.
