Description: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12/06/2021 to 06/05/2022
Compensation: $31.15 – $31.54per hour (depending on qualifications)

US Oncology Marketing and Sales
This role will provide Administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of US Oncology and the Portfolio Marketing department. The position performs various administrative duties, including work of a confidential nature.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively managing calendars and schedules for the SVP and VPs
Scheduling meetings for Marketing Brand Leads, ensuring conflicts are avoided.
Making travel arrangements and preparing/submitting expense reports for SVP/VPs and Marketing Brand Leads.
Drafting Agendas and broader communications
Ordering office supplies
Coordinating onsite meeting logistics (finding a conference room at the office, preparing the room, making catering arrangements) and managing logistics for offsite meetings.
- HS diploma with a minimum of 5 years administrative support experience
Skill & Competency Requirements
Microsoft office suite: Exchange, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Virtual meeting platforms: Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Corporate work environment necessary
