Duration: 12+ month contract

LocationREMOTE – Based out of Webster, NY

Job Title:Workflow Automation Developer / Project Manager

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Overview:The Workflow Automation Developer – Level 2 will:

  • Plays a key role in the troubleshooting and technical support for OnBase solutions as a part of the steady-state support team.

  • Be responsible for maintaining all customer support activities as requested/where appropriate for post implementation/steady state support, as well as tracking and documenting issue resolution to meet client support needs.

  • Work in close collaboration with sales, implementations, and various customer stakeholders. The role holder may occasionally need to orchestrate and enable support item escalation with Hyland, contributing to smooth communication and successful issue resolution. The role holder is responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and technical support for OnBase solutions as a part of the steady-state support team

  • Investigating and analyzing root cause of software and system defects

  • Addressing general user support requests, such as default password updates, user access/security management, document re-indexing and user/workstation license monitoring and management

  • Escalating and managing escalated issues to ensure timely communication and resolution on behalf of the customer

  • Meeting or exceeding contractual SLAs as defined in SoWs and service agreements

  • Perform regular solution monitoring / administration when required Scope:

  • Leads and is accountable for comprehensive, post deployment support, (steady state support) activities for Hyland OnBase implementations of varying size and complexity

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience working with solution design, scoping, or other enterprise software class support/implementation related functions

  • Hyland OnBase Certified Support Engineer (OCSE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science desired

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Hyland OnBase (or similar product offering) Certified Installer (OCI)

  • Hyland OnBase (or similar product offering) Certified Workflow Engineer (OCWE)

  • Hyland OnBase (or similar product offering) Certified WorkView/Case Management Professional (OCWV)

  • Enterprise Software Solutions/Project Management or other technical related certifications, (ECMp, CIMp, PMI, CSM, etc.)
