CTG is currently assisting one of its premiere clients in staffing a Systems Operator in Webster, NY

Position: Systems Key Operator

Location: Webster, NY

Duration: 2 months

Compensation: $13.65/hour (No PTO or Holiday)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM (1 hour lunch)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Run high volume jobs on electronic reprographic and printer machines per test matrix to test the features and functions of the machine

  • Tabulate data and enter all events including problems into canned PC database

  • Record identified system problems and translate into problem statements for development engineers to investigate

  • Identify appropriate Debug engineer to work on feature problems

  • Able to learn various machine feature operations

  • Perform visual and instrumental measurements

  • Willing to work shift hours and overtime (as required)

  • Could be required to do chamber work: environmental testing where the room temperature could vary from 55 to 85 degrees

Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Technical repair work

  • Computer literate: know how to get in and out of applications

  • Working knowledge of MS Access database. Problem solving skills

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

• Preferred: Certified in computers
