CTG Quality Assurance/Reliability Technician in Webster, New York
CTG is assisting a client in Webster, NY in staffing a Quality Assurance/Reliability Technician
Pay rate $18.00/hr
Job Type: Hourly consultant
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm M-F
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Working with an A3 office multi-functional printer, send print / fax / copy test jobs following a matrix of job set-up parameters. Record any and all issues seen in a Jira database, capturing all supporting documentation.
SKILLS:
• Ability to multi-task.
• Works well with limited supervision.
• Typing skills (est. 30wpm).
• Basic PC Skills with experience in Windows XP, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Database management.
• Attention to detail/accurate data entry.
• Ability to follow established procedures in an exact manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and flexibility.
• Ability and willingness to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds multiple times daily without assistance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Ability to interface well with technical support personnel and peers.
EXPERIENCE:
• Some mechanical experience is desired
• Preferred: Some experience with Windows is helpful but not required.
EDUCATION:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
