CTG is seeking a Task Order Analytics Dashboard Project Manager, for our client in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program.
Responsibilities - Support all activities related to task order analytics, inclusive of:
Develop, track, and support any project management activities required to monitor the health of the task orders
Working with Quality and Performance team in the development of actionable metrics
Develop and use tools to appropriately track approved metrics
Gather, analyze, and verify inputs to status reports, dashboard, and presentations
Ensure lessons learned from DoD, VA, Industry, and academia are being considered and document new lessons learned for VA
Actively engage project teams to ensure metrics are appropriately reporting on any risk to cost, schedule, or scope
Identify and flag emerging risks, dependencies, and constraints impacting the task order
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience. 18 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Experience in developing reports and presentations
Experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office suite, including MS Word and PowerPoint
Experience with executive-level communication, including reports and presentations
Experience with IT implementations
- Experience in the VA or other health-related organization, preferred
