Job Number: 18201900 CTG is seeking a Registries and Reporting Subject Matter Experts to assist on the CTO Pillar of EHRM.

Responsibilities include:

Provide Registries and Reporting Subject Matter Expertise

Support the combination of VA registry utilization and reporting

Support stakeholder engagement and analysis of current operations and coordination with Cerner on future state operations

Interface between Cerner Development, EHRM PEO and Business Owner (e.g. VHA) offices to ensure that all parties have a common understanding of the requirements and criteria supporting the VA registry

Must have VA Registries experience (experience with at least one of VA’s many registries)

Must know how to communicate effectively with clinical staff from VHA to help coordinate the configuration of HealtheIntent

VHA experience strongly preferred

Information Architect, Senior LCAT

A Senior Information Architect plans, designs, and oversees deployment of complex enterprise-wide or large scale information architectures including computer hardware and software, operating systems, middleware, communications hardware and software, and security components. Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures as they apply to the implementation and specification of complex information management solutions. Identifies necessary interfaces between enterprise solution applications and legacy IT environments. Supports all program/project planning and milestone development. Supports business case analysis and identification of alternative solutions and resulting business impacts.

Bachelor's Degree Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR

8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

Data Scientist I/II LCAT

A Data Scientist II possesses knowledge of appropriate data sources to address the specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis and modeling. Performs scientific research, scientific writing and editing, including the writing and editing of project products to established government standards for the targeted science and lay audiences, proofreading of draft and final documents. Works under supervision. Attends meetings and workshops to present on project work, participate in discussions.

Master's Degree Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline OR

8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

Software/System Architect LCAT

5 Years of Experience

The Software/System Architect must be able to work with program and project leaders to define and create the architectural depictions and documents, ensuring logical flow, and address all issues. Has experience with a variety of software programs and languages and has some experience in programming. Must be able to design and discuss system strategies for platform, applications and networks.

Bachelor's Degree computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
