CTG is seeking a Project Analyst, Technical Deliverable Management, for our client in Washington, DC. The Project Analyst will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program.


  • Oversee the Technology and Information Office (TIO) process for the review, analysis and closure of vendor deliverables which includes coordination of approval/review meetings, and ongoing tracking on submission and review status.

  • Provide action item tracking and follow up.

  • Support compiling comments and ensuring necessary approvals from senior executives and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Act as a driver for process design, documentation and improvements as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Discipline

  • At least 5 years of professional experience (13 years if degree requirement is not met)

  • Experience with action tracking and follow up

  • Ability to work independently within an evolving environment, including proactive outreach to stakeholders and creative recommendations to achieve project objectives

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage teams and clients both virtually and in person

  • Experience with MS Office products, including MS SharePoint and MS Visio

  • Experience coordinating and facilitating with senior executive stakeholders with differing priorities and objectives

  • Detail and process-oriented with the ability to guide/track actions of teams of varying sizes, and balance multiple priorities and roles
