Job Title: Deployment Training Systems Manager
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Washington, DC (Local Candidates only)
Understand workflow design and how the system will impact end users.
Support scenario-based training with the associated process redesign, change management, cultural change, and communication management.
Participate in learning materials design and validation.
Support learning management system implementation and validation.
Participate in defining go-live and post go-live success measures.
Support accomplishing the deliverables itemized in PEO DHMS Contractor Support Services.
Master’s degree in a field relevant to this position (e.g. Health Care Administration, Health Systems Management, Systems Management, Systems Engineering, or similar).
Training Management experience with at least 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customized training programs for complex IT systems, preferably projects involving Health systems.
Of the last 10 years, three years must involve direct support with Commercial deployment/sustainment activities inherent to a large-scale health systems transformation.
Must have in-depth knowledge with Learning Management Systems and incorporating large scale training requirements across multiple layers of an organization.
Fourteen years of relevant experience is equivalent to the Master’s degree.
