CTG has an immediate opening for a Data Scientist/Program Analyst. This is a one year contract, location is Washington DC. Candidate will need to be on the client site daily.

Support our client's Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. Perform research to identify best practices in devising effective Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) artifacts. Develop Interoperability Program Office (IPO) SOP artifacts by collecting information on current processes and activities, analyzing this information, displaying the information in process flow diagrams, and in summary and long-form writings. Provide recommendations to fill gaps in organization processes.

• Master’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline

• Minimum of 4 years of experience; 12 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

• Experience with VA

• Experience with developing and maintaining SOPs

• Experience with developing and maintaining process flow diagrams
