CTG is assisting a client in Washington, DC for an Acquisition Project Manager!
Hybrid Model 1-3 days/week in office
Pay Rate: based on experience
Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRMIO) as an Acquisition PM.
Duties will include:
Oversee the performance, schedule, and deliverables to ensure it matches intent.
Evaluate multiple task orders associated with specific scope and ensure alignment of requirements and avoid duplication or support gaps.
Support Program Control oversight from a cost, schedule, and delivery perspective.
Ensure alignment of work to IDIQ.
Develop and track key metrics to measure progress and status.
Prepare communications to senior management regarding contract status and provide ongoing reporting/data call responses.
Provide daily reporting on acquisition package status
Support facilitation and preparation of meeting materials
Respond to ad hoc data calls in coordination with acquisition SME team and senior acquisition team leadership
Support process development and data analysis associated with the acquisition process
Collaborate with IJP process stakeholders to facilitate communication
Provide surge support on special analysis efforts tied to acquisitions as required
10+ years of professional work experience
Must have experience managing Information Technology related projects
Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
Must be able to identify and mitigate risks
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Experience in the VA
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
