CTG is assisting a client in Washington, DC for an Acquisition Project Manager!

Hybrid Model 1-3 days/week in office

Pay Rate: based on experience

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRMIO) as an Acquisition PM.

Duties will include:

  • Oversee the performance, schedule, and deliverables to ensure it matches intent.

  • Evaluate multiple task orders associated with specific scope and ensure alignment of requirements and avoid duplication or support gaps.

  • Support Program Control oversight from a cost, schedule, and delivery perspective.

  • Ensure alignment of work to IDIQ.

  • Develop and track key metrics to measure progress and status.

  • Prepare communications to senior management regarding contract status and provide ongoing reporting/data call responses.

  • Provide daily reporting on acquisition package status

  • Support facilitation and preparation of meeting materials

  • Respond to ad hoc data calls in coordination with acquisition SME team and senior acquisition team leadership

  • Support process development and data analysis associated with the acquisition process

  • Collaborate with IJP process stakeholders to facilitate communication

  • Provide surge support on special analysis efforts tied to acquisitions as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional work experience

  • Must have experience managing Information Technology related projects

  • Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies

  • Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress

  • Must be able to identify and mitigate risks

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the VA

  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
