CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Manager I opening for our client in New York.

Duration: 12 months
Overview:
The Marketing Manager I will be responsible for the tactical execution of various marketing initiatives, including the development and management of marketing collateral, advertisements, and website content. This role is crucial in supporting the marketing objectives of Wilmington Trust Wealth Management, ensuring alignment with business goals while enhancing brand visibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify marketing campaign needs based on business objectives and unit requirements.
Develop themes and messaging for marketing and communication campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end process of marketing projects, from conceptualization to execution.
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in meeting defined business objectives.
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist in the development and oversight of marketing campaign budgets.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, escalating issues as necessary.
Foster a diverse and inclusive environment that reflects the brand’s values.
Maintain internal control standards and address audit points as required.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple marketing projects concurrently with high attention to detail.
Engage in social media management, particularly focusing on LinkedIn content creation and strategy.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in financial services or an advertising agency environment.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Experience in wealth management marketing is highly desirable.
A strong background in social media strategy and content management.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $105,000/year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
