CTG Epic Delivery Manager in United States

Description

As the Epic Healthcare Delivery Manager, you will be a key leader within our Healthcare practice, responsible for driving excellence in Epic system implementation, optimization and support. This role requires deep expertise in Epic methodology, a consulting background, and the ability to lead delivery teams and support pursuit strategies. You will play a critical role in our strategic growth plans and initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of Epic solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements concurrently, driving client satisfaction, employee retention, and profitable results.

  • Lead the development and refinement of our Epic system implementation, optimization and support methodologies to ensure best practices and efficiency.

  • Create and maintain Epic-related content,delivery methodologies, processes, programs,templates, and tools toenhance offerings and quality of delivery.

  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue Epic-related opportunities in the healthcare market.

  • Actively participate in the selection and management of consulting teams

  • Develop and deliver training programs for our internal teams to enhance their Epic knowledge and capabilities.

  • Contribute to the development of our Healthcare practice’s strategic growth plans and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with PMO and execute delivery based on processes, structures, and reporting requirements

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring the successful execution of client engagements.

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, policies, or standards for client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Extensive experience(8+ years)in Epic system implementation and optimization.

  • Multiple Epic certifications such as EpicCare Inpatient, Clinical Documentation, Orders, Order Transmittal, OpTime, ASAP, and Healthy Planet (highly preferred)

  • Proven consulting experience in the healthcare industry(multiple years consulting, 5+ years managing consulting teams)

  • Strong leadership and project management skills and successful negotiation/interaction with client executives.

  • Past experience leading teams of 30+ consultants.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Flexibility to transition between internal and client-focused roles.

  • Experience working with off-shore teams highly preferredwith blended delivery models for fixed bid, T&M, hybrid shoring (on/off shore), and managed services.
