CTG Delivery Manager Managed Services in United States

Telephony Systems: In-depth knowledge of telephony systems, including IVR (Interactive Voice Response), call recording, screen capture, and dialer technologies.

Experience with both inbound and outbound call center operations.

Contact Center Solutions: Expertise in implementing and managing contact center solutions, including workforce management systems.

Familiarity with various contact center platforms and tools, such as Genesys or Nice platforms, is preferred.

Experience in outlining the project plan, assumptions, and risks associated with implementing a contact center platform.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hr to $120.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
