Title: Project Analyst/Action Officer - VA

Location: US-Virginia

Job Number: 18201428 CTG is seeking a Project Analyst to serve as an Action Officer for the Deputy Director in the Interagency Program Office (IPO) pillar of EHRM.

Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate meetings, manage executive calendars, support development of briefing material

• Prior experience with VA or with the DoD/VA interagency space strongly preferred

• Must have experience interacting with senior government leaders in a professional and polished manner

• Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint

• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, including excellent grammar


5 years Experience as a Project Analyst

The Project Analyst must have experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data. Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports. Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms.

Bachelor's Degree - Business Discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
