CTG is currently recruiting for an Administrative Clerk (Contract Billing)position in Virginia Beach, VA!
Duration: 6 month contract assignment with the possibility of extension
Summary: The Administrative Clerk (Contract Billing) will be responsible for setting up and billing all service maintenance contracts and processing contract renewals in a timely & accurate manner. They are also responsible for researching billing errors, answering billing questions, and completing contract maintenance requests while maintaining an open working relationship with customers, leasing companies & other departments.
Two years’ experience in billing or contracting
Strong customer service, administrative, multi-tasking and data processing skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
eAutomate experience a plus
Contract Billing Responsibilities:
Processes current contract billings daily utilizing E-Automate
Generates missing meters report once per week
Works daily to call or email customers to collect meters for accurate billing
Enters meters daily received from customers via meter reads inbox, phone, fax, and service calls
Process internal credits for invoice corrections
Generates and sends specialized spreadsheet invoices monthly, as applicable by customer need
Identifies potential contract billing problems and takes the necessary actions to correct
Serves as a supporting role to sales and service teams
Contract Set-up, Maintenance, and Cancellations:
Monitors Square 9 daily to complete all new contract set-ups, re-writes, or churns according to the Sales/Service agreement stored in the Contract Set-up workflow
Works closely with leasing companies for maintenance inclusive leases
Processes contract renewals (90 days in advance) and communicates with the appropriate Service Manager regarding renewal exceptions, renewal quotes and contract changes
Reviews the unbilled contracts, renewal contracts, and on hold contracts reports weekly
Processes and communicate all contract cancellations with appropriate parties (internally)
Monitors all dedicated billing boxes daily and processes device adds/removals and other contract maintenance related requests made by customers and internal departments
Attends customer meetings as requested by their manager, Sales Account Manager or Sales Manager
Other duties as assigned by a Billing Team Leader or the Billing Manager
- Minimum High School Diploma
