Job Number: 18211290 CTG is seeking a McKesson Supply Chain Management support analyst. Responsibilities include all support such as incidents, service/change request, routine maintenance. Position is remote but being local to Chicago a plus. Must be on site for knowledge transfer (3-6 weeks) at the start of project. Will be part of on call rotation.

Allscripts (formerly McKesson) Supply Chain Management software is used by Materials Management and Departmental Buyers for Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Management, On-line requisitioning, and Invoice Matching. GHX is an electronic data exchange that handles invoices and purchase orders from the UIH Supply Chain Management software to/from outside vendors. Current version 16.0

Common Administrative Task

• Translator Server Scheduled Task Maintenance

• User access accounts added to AD group

• 810/832/855 interface monitoring/maintenance

Common Incidents• Pick Tickets not printing (Profile Mgr Issue on Translator Server)

• Item did not interface to Cerner

• PO did not interface to iBuy

Common Requests• Create/Update Vendor Remit Codes
