CTG is seeking to fill aSystems Management Specialistopening for our Fortune 100 client inTucson, Arizona.
Provide technical support to peers and OEM partners leveraging companys tape technology development, qualification, and support.
Perform basic failure analysis, testing and lab support tasks, working with peers to support OEM partners.
Initiate, track, and complete Engineering Change (EC) process tasks, working with development, manufacturing, and other cross-function areas inside and outside of company.
Provide primary support for OEM partner through communication, technical experience, project leadership, and customer service
Administration skills in Excel, Word, text editors
Engineering / Manufacturing Process knowledge
EC Process Tools (such as Enovia, ERE)
Windows System experience
Tape Products knowledge
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group is required.
