CTG Senior Client Partner: IT in Tampa, Florida

CTG is seeking a Client Partner for Technology Sales.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong network or portfolio, who has some experience in sales and is eager to advance their career to the next level. An ideal candidate is a true go-getter!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving or surpassing financial objectives within the designated territory and quota.

  • Lead pursuit teams to create effective client solutions that win business and meet strategic goals.

  • Develop and implement account plans, sales strategies, and win plans in collaboration with delivery and solutions teams.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations, both within and outside of IT.

  • Leverage existing relationships and forge new ones to expand business opportunities.

  • Provide regular updates on client requirements, business environment changes, and forecasts.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating the value of solutions for addressing their business challenges.

  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools for account management and forecasting.

  • Collaborate with channel partners and participate in demand generation activities to generate new opportunities.

  • Develop comprehensive and differentiated proposal responses.

  • Partner with Recruiting to deliver client solutions with the appropriate IT skill set, experience, and financial objectives.

  • Identify obstacles in the sales process and develop strategies to overcome them.

  • Monitor financial responsibility and oversee the invoicing process with customers.

  • Prospect for new client business through personal selling, channel partners, and marketing-generated leads.

  • Expand and grow business within established accounts.

  • Research client issues, business problems, and pains using market intelligence and effective listening skills.

  • Present solutions and strategies to prospects and clients that instill confidence, solve business problems, and strengthen relationships.

  • Perform other duties as required to fulfill responsibilities.

Duties:

  • Prospect for new client business through personal selling, channel partners, and marketing-generated leads.

  • Expand and grow business within established accounts.

  • Research client issues, business problems, and pains using market intelligence and effective listening skills.

  • Present solutions and strategies to prospects and clients that foster confidence, solve business problems, and strengthen relationships.

  • Develop and maintain territory, account, and win plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling IT services, with expertise in digital transformation and customer-facing roles.

  • Proven success in building and nurturing relationships with senior executives and decision-makers (e.g., CEO, CIO, CFO, etc.).

  • Strong ability to develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and win plans.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

  • Leadership experience with a track record of closing deals in diverse industries.

  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and results-driven with a sense of urgency.

  • Professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility, and commitment to winning and maintaining client trust.

  • Willingness to travel.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
