CTG is seeking a GE Centricity Business (IDX) MUMPS / Cache developer for a remote work opportunity. The resource will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for GE Centricity Business Rev Cycle applications. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Production support and maintenance for HPA, BAR, EDI, EI, Collections, Statements

  • Create and maintain custom extracts from the Centricity Business database

  • Support TES derived edits

  • Facilitate EDI claim form updates

  • Support Hospital and Provider based billing

  • Resolve open help desk tickets through communication with department staff to identify the issues involved and determine the best possible solution available

  • Answer workflow questions related to the application

  • Responsible for analyzing new build requests and completing system build as needed

  • Contact the vendor as required, and track all vendor tickets to completion, escalating when appropriate

  • Build and support experience required

  • Participate in 24/7 on call rotation

  • Work with the operational users to test application changes

  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows is required.

  • Experience with two or more of the vendor applications listed is required.

  • After an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks, work will be performed remotely. Knowledge Transfer will take place at the client site in the northeast.

  • Extensive knowledge/experience in GE IDX Centricity Business Hospital and Provider billing and accounts receivable

  • Experienced MUMPS / Cache programmer, able to develop, modify and maintain Centricity data extracts and statements

  • Comfortable working in GE Centricity Visit management and scheduling
