HR Specialist Implements and administers T&OC programs and Culture Change Initiatives. Responds to HR practitioner, leader, and other employee inquiries, questions and complaints; provides information, guidance and direction on T&OC Programs, processes, and procedures. Tracks and compiles issue logs and complaints, researching and recommending solutions. Provides guidance on key initiatives to HRBPs, functional specialists, and leadership. T&OC Brand and Community Management o Provide expert consultation on the strategy for launching Leadership and Professional development programs and creating brand standards o Manage the redesign of websites and communities of practice to support new brand guidelines o Update course materials to be in alignment with brand standards o Develop marketing strategy to launch internal learning programs that communicates key opportunities to target audiences o Establish communication rhythm that keeps learners engaged and showcases the impact of L&D at RMS Join the Journey: Culture Transformation o Develop and execute on robust strategy to engage culture integrators and employees in Join the Journey Initiatives o Create content for target audiences and cultivate appropriate distribution channels to increase reach and adoption o Provide project management support to a team of Culture Integrators in the business by creating meeting agendas and ensuring milestones are being met in a timely manner RMS Culture Survey Support o Execute on survey logistics for international populations (Poland, Turkey, New Zealand, Canada, UK) o Communicate with individuals and clients to answer questions and provide program support through the program’s email account o Prepare executive-level presentations o Prepare documents and presentations to support the communication of survey results Qualifications * Acute attention to detail * Demonstrated effective project management, communication, consulting, problem solving and decision-making skills * Fully engages and understands customer needs; champion of the customer experience and facilitating process improvement * Demonstrated ability to influence others * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
