Job Title:Epic Radiation Module Application Coordinator
Primarily work with newer team members to solidify their fundamental knowledge for the Epic application to get them more comfortable to independently carry out complex projects. Resource will also participate in facilitating the completion of upcoming projects such as Specimen Collection and ticket-based scheduling for Mammo. The goal is to guide the fulltime staff to lead these projects so they can maintain in the long term. Assist with upgrade and Sprint build as assigned. Provide guidance on specific high priority projects including, but not limited to: • Specimen Collection • Mammo-based ticket scheduling • Mentor staff to solidify fundamental Radiant application knowledge.
• Ability to effectively triage and prioritize tickets, working with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Strong communication skills, meeting facilitation skills, and deep application knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently and mentor team members on how to approach and resolve complex problems.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in implementation and maintenance of Radiant module (Epic Radiology application).
• Ability to complete small projects in a timely manner with detailed documentation.
• Ability to guide team members through complex projects with the goal of getting them comfortable to work independently.
• Experience with implementation of Specimen Collection workflows and ticket-based scheduling.
