CTG ServiceNow Developer in San Diego, California
Description
CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Solution Architect opening for our client in San Diego, CA.
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 months
Skills & Experience:
Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment.
Significant experience defining solutions, implementing, maintaining, and/or supporting integrated computing environments in an enterprise environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills are necessary to be able to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Effective organization, collaboration, planning, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Work on technical aspects of the ServiceNow application integrating with other internal uber business solutions and interfaces.
This role involves configuring, developing, implementing, and troubleshooting out of box features and custom features in the ServiceNow platform.
Support all technical aspects and tool solution delivery, including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, scripting, API, and system integration of ServiceNow with other business applications (e.g., Jira, Internal PtP Systems, Active Directory, SSO, automated system monitoring tools, etc.)
Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
Initiate and collaborate with product stakeholders to understand the requirement, interface with non-IT customers and IT SMEs, analyze and provide solutions to meet business requirements and to technical problems.
4 to 6 years in ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
ServiceNow Certification - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Demonstrated proficiency with the use and management of APIs and in ServiceNow Portal design.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
