Our client in San Antonio, TX has an immediate opening for an Aerospace Trainer for a long term contract assignment.
Pay: $32/hr (sorry no holiday or vacation pay)
Instructors for Manufacturing Delivery.
The candidate will provide instructor led training for fighter aircraft training for the following aircrafts: F18 and/or F15 is required; C17, C40, and VC25 aircraft are preferred. Fighter aircraft systems, electrical/ avionics and fiber optics are required; structures is preferred. Training content to include Electrical, Bond & Ground, fighter experience on C17, crimping, sodering, etc. fiber optics; preferred aircraft systems. Role also includes assessment and certification along with instruction.
Fighter plane mechanic experience is optimal. Mechanics on the ramp – typical portfolio.
Schedule days and shift will vary with production training requests. 40 hours guaranteed.
Aerospace Instructor for Aerospace client. Must have technical skills to teach aerospace courses.
Electrical Instructor (Fighter aircraft)
Electrical Aircraft installations and assemble work
Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting
Basic mechanical skills
Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor (Fighter aircraft)
Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding
Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling and/or Maintenance
Blueprints, productions standards and/or Functional Test
Aircraft systems operations, familiarization and troubleshooting
