JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (This description will be given to the candidates and posted to external job sites).

CTG is seeking Epic Provider Trainers to support Provider personalization and optimization workflow for client on existing Epic system.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Conduct classroom led end user training

  • Provide provider personalization and workflow optimization

  • Provide data entry, status and reporting

• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under tight project deadlines

• Classroom training experience in a large multi-hospital organization

• Prior experience training Physicians, in an STS program

• Knowledge and experience training Dragon

• Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills

• Must have conducted instructor led courses

• Must have experience training providers virtually

• Experience with data entry and reporting from a LMS

REQUIRED SKILLS (primary and nice-to-have): (Required means that the client only wants to see candidates who have these skills).

Experience in implementation training of Epic to Hospitalists Providers

• Qualifications

  1. MD or DO

  2. Medical student

  3. Nurse Practitioner

  4. Physician Assistant
