CTG Health Solutions is in need of an EpicCare Clinical Documentation Analyst resource to assist in the implementation of Epic for our client in the Southeastern United States. The opportunity is an approximately one year REMOTE position with potential to be onsite briefly. CTG Health Solutions has been given the opportunity to support this Epic implementation by our client which is a very large national non-profit provider of health services.

Location: Remote (may require initial on-site)

Duration: 11 Months

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the Orders and Clin Doc build teams with workflow validation, testing and preparations for go live

  • Assist with the order set project, conversion of current order sets to merge templates in Epic

  • Complete Order Transmittal build and testing

  • Update workflow engine rules for physicians.

  • Assist with reporting and dashboards for ClinDoc and Orders

  • Assist with build and interface testing for lab data conversion

  • Assist in development of testing scripts

  • Provide go-live support

  • Complete build and test for blood administration

  • Build therapy plans, flowsheets and other tools for nurses and therapists.

  • At least 3 years of end to end implementation experience in Epic Procedural Orders and Orders Transmittal in a large complex environment
