CTG is seeking Greeters & general Classroom Support Specialists for training healthcare employees on a new Health Records system. We are hiring for various shifts – full-time and part-time roles available!
Title: Greeters & Classroom Support Specialists
Contract: 4 Month Contract
Monday- Wednesday 11am-11pm
Thursday- Sunday 2pm- 11pm
Saturday – Sunday 6am -2pm
Welcoming, transitioning, and processing trainees when they arrive to the training site.
Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive trainee experience across the organization
Assist trainees with troubleshooting equipment and systems. Including login, account access, and other portal related questions.
Perform general office duties such as document preparation, scanning and filing.
Hand out equipment and other materials to trainees.
Inspect and assure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair, reporting problems to the supervisor.
Performs required tasks to ensure timely go live and customer satisfaction.
Excellent customer support skills, in person, over the phone, and in writing
Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
Professional demeanor and be a team player
Logical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Competence using PC and MAC computer hardware and software in classroom, lab, office, and residential settings.
No third party resumes will be accepted
Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted
All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors)
