CTG Senior Project Scheduler – Nuclear Projects in Richland, Washington

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Project Scheduler – Nuclear Projects opening for our client in Richland, WA.

Location: Richland, WA

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Schedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for the Nuclear or Engineering Projects organizations.

  • Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools.

  • Assist various project managers in developing schedules for on-line, outage projects, and life-cycle schedules, including Enterprise Risk projects.

  • Develop detailed plans/schedules, resolve conflicts with schedule adherence, and develop out-year schedules for various size projects.

  • Deliver a timely, coherent, comprehensive, and accurate set of schedules to the site for daily, on-line, and outage work periods.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of the Primavera scheduling program and basic scheduling techniques.

  • Advanced knowledge of report development software (Crystal Reports) and database analysis.

  • Working knowledge of the outage risk management and on-line risk management software (Paragon).

  • PMP certification.

  • Ability to understand and apply and model core values through open and honest communication.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 8 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or technical project management; OR

  • Associates degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 10 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or technical project management; OR

  • High school diploma or GED and 12 years of nuclear power generation experience in a journey-level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer, or Quality Control position within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s, Associates degree, or High School diploma/GED as per above qualifications.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $165,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
