CTG Project Coordinator in Richland, Washington
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Coordinator opening for our client in Richland, WA.
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Coordinates project teams of one to five people, including planning, scheduling, and control of project and program activities.
Acts as a specialist for specific projects with detailed knowledge of all aspects of the projects.
Maintains a knowledge base of new development and technology.
Monitors projects and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency.
Develops budgetary estimates and ensures adherence to budget guidelines.
Supports the implementation of project schedules and resource management plans.
Ensures all project activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
Prepares and delivers project status reports to stakeholders.
Skills:
Basic project management techniques.
Ability to apply core values related to human performance and cost-effective work execution.
Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of computer software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management software).
Ability to exercise sound judgment, weigh alternative courses of action, and make decisions based on factual information and rational assumptions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and maintain an awareness of interrelationships among activities.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in a technical field.
Alternatively, an Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related technical field from an accredited institution, and three years of experience in a technical field.
High School Diploma/GED with five years of experience in a technical field will also be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university.
Or Associate degree with relevant experience in a technical field, or High School Diploma/GED with extensive relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $32.00/hour to $50.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
