CTG is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to work at their clients site in Raleigh, NC (RTP). This is an 11 month contract position that has the potential of extending longer.

Office in Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC is a recognized leader in the Crop Protection market in terms of new product and innovation. The company offers an outstanding range of products and services for modern, sustainable agriculture and for non-agricultural applications, such as turf, landscape, structural and vector pest control, and home and garden.

We seek an organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support Technical Community Procurement, which currently is located across the USA, with the position being located in RTP. This position provides direct support to the Vice President of Procurement, Technical Community and bi-coastal support to the Sourcing Director of Engineering Services and CSA.

Therefore, the selected candidate must have both a history and current demonstration of accuracy, clear communications, being a self-starter and ability to collaborate with other executive/senior administrative assistants within Procurement. The element of communications is critical for this position, as the candidate will interface not only with the Procurement team but also with managers and employees across the entire business.

Other core duties involve understanding and sharing of Procurement basic information and who-to-call-when referrals to appropriate members of the team, helping coordination of ad hoc reports.


Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint) skills are also essential in this position. Coordination with other Procurement departments as assigned may also be required.

The selected candidate must be a quick, independent learner, strong analytically, highly organized and possess strong communication skills.

Prior administrative support in a corporate department of 2-4 years is sought, with the candidate having experience or aptitude to work in a matrix business environment.

Strong aptitudes in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, e-mail systems (Outlook preferred) and strong calendar skillsets are expected. A

An AS or BS degree in business or supply chain management is a plus.

Other core expectations include managing multiple priorities, demonstrating constant attention to detail, following through on assigned tasks, and applying customer service skills to understand and resolve issues. Subject matter expert experience in travel and related expense systems (Concur preferred) will be required.

Also, some over-night travel may be required.

This position is compensated at $22.00 per hour on a W2 hourly basis (no C2C or 1099's).
