The Post Order Purchase Experience Analyst will be the liaison and work within the Post Sales Support Team responsible for driving a positive customer interaction and experience by analyzing order backlog data, categorizing actions, and providing follow up as needed.
Analyzing and quantifying order backlog data
Categorize actions and report to management
Provide direction and recommendations for the post-sales support team
Create and/or pull reporting and track progress daily
Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement within the post-sales support team
Work with content writer to create or update communication templates as needed
Must have Excel Skills with pivot table, VLOOKUP, and chart data
3 years in supply chain or business analyst role
Must have a strong analytical background with experience in SAP
Must have strong leadership & persuasion skills
Must have cross functional leadership skills
Proficient with Windows Operating System and computer skills such as but not limited to: Accurate typing and word processing, sending emails, navigating the internet, and working within multiple systems and platforms interchangeably.
An analytical and critical thinker with a drive for problem solving resourceful and creative
Listen to needs of our customers and offer solutions to get the job done the first time
Review and analyze transactions and inquiries to nurture customer relationships on every interaction
Deliver great customer service by responding to concerns regarding accounts in a fast paced, structured environment
Ability to learn/master quickly: ability to quickly retain and apply new information and to act upon feedback constructively.
Strong people skills and the ability to navigate difficult situations and stay calm under pressure
