CTG Senior Solutions Architect in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Solutions Architect opening for our client in Rochester, MN.
Location: Remote
Duration: 7 months
Duties:
Implement vendor connectivity with FHIR APIs, ensuring seamless integration.
Work with the Epic Vendor Services portal and utilize Epic fhir.epic.com APIs and documentation.
Troubleshoot Interconnect issues effectively.
Engage directly with vendors, leveraging customer-facing experience to enhance project outcomes.
Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in regular client meetings and backlog grooming.
Understand and document data needs by working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
Attend requirement sessions and communicate concerns to project leadership.
Translate complex technical terminology and concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical architecture designs.
Provide strategic technical advice to senior managers and technical teams regarding data standards and database implementations.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and client IT team to establish and implement strategic initiatives.
Assess proposals for system optimization and recommend improvements.
Identify operational issues and implement strategies for resolution.
Skills:
Proficient in EPIC systems and FHIR APIs.
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Interconnect.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience:
7+ years of relevant work experience in solution architecture or a related field.
Proven experience implementing vendor connectivity solutions, specifically with FHIR APIs.
Prior experience with Epic systems and customer-facing roles.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.00/hour to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
