CTG Senior Client Partner - Healthcare in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking a dynamic Senior Client Partner - Healthcare to join our team! This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth in North America, with a focus on IT solutions for the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in engaging senior executives (e.g., CTO, CIO, CEO) and working collaboratively with technical leaders. This role is remote, with travel to clients and CTG's Corporate Headquarters as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding CTG’s financial objectives within the assigned territory.
Lead pursuit teams to achieve strategic objectives, identifying challenges and implementing strategies to overcome them.
Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and win plans in collaboration with delivery and solutions teams.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations, both inside and outside of IT.
Leverage existing relationships while forging new ones to expand business opportunities.
Provide regular updates on client requirements, business environment changes, and forecasts.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating the value of CTG solutions to address their business challenges.
Ensure effective use of CRM tools for account management and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in selling IT services, with expertise in digital transformation and customer-facing roles.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven success in the healthcare vertical, including Provider, Payer, and Life Sciences markets.
Experience working with and selling solutions involving leading technology and cloud partners.
Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers (e.g., CEO, CIO, CFO, etc.).
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, competitive environments.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Leadership experience with a track record of closing deals in diverse industries.
Collaborative, self-motivated, and results-driven with a sense of urgency.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
