CTG Project Manager - Security Services in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Security Services opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead and manage security services projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of security initiatives, with a specific focus on PAM migration, IAM, and Active Directory (AD).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution of tasks.
Maintain thorough documentation of project processes, milestones, and outcomes.
Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) Migration processes.
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Experience with Active Directory (AD) management and configurations.
Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within security services or a related field.
Proven experience with PAM migration projects and IAM systems.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory management.
Strong track record of successfully managing complex security projects from initiation to completion.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $ 105,000 to $ 120,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
