CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Data Analyst 1 .
Type: Contract
Job Title: Data Analyst 1
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour - $22.00/hour
Work Hours: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Description
As a Data Analyst 1, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and ensuring the accuracy of complex data sets. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity within systems, collaborating with various teams, and assisting with business decisions based on data insights. You will also support the development and implementation of data management standards, policies, and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Compare data from multiple applications for accuracy.
Ensure data quality and integrity in databases.
Collaborate with management and other teams to identify useful data and metrics for business decisions.
Understand technical engineering requirements and related paperwork.
Support data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
Comprehensive understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.).
Experience working with engineering data and requirements is a plus.
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
Experience with SAP and related tools is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
