CTG IT Project Analyst in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking to fill an IT Project Analyst for our client in Rochester, MN.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Assist in managing the existing work intake process for IT infrastructure requests using Service Now and Azure DevOps.
Conduct the intake, triage, and management of work requests.
Facilitate communication between assignment teams and customers regarding status updates and project progress.
Assess current processes for improvements and redesign workflows as needed.
Serve as a liaison to internal IT divisions and communicate effectively with IT vendors.
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Service Now and Azure DevOps, specifically request forms, assignment groups, and Kanban boards.
Ability to manage and support the intake process, including triage and communication.
Proven problem-solving skills and experience in process improvement.
Experience:
Experience with IT infrastructure projects such as server, telecom, network, and data center migration.
Previous work within a hospital setting with 24x7 patient care.
History of effectively communicating status updates to customer stakeholders and project teams.
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Management, OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of technical experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $30.00/hour to $35.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
