CTG Integration Oversight Lead in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking to fill an Integration Oversight Lead position for our client in Washington, DC.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Manage a portfolio of interfaces and plan timelines for transitioning to sustainment.
Gather, collect, and populate data for the VistA and Non-VistA legacy application cutover and transition templates.
Provide recurring reports and metrics on the completion of the cutover and transition effort specific to VistA and Non-VistA legacy applications.
Engage with existing legacy system owners, business owners, and Cerner.
Coordinate and support various meetings, create meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up.
Create and manage plans for interface decommissioning.
Identify, remediate/escalate technical challenges, gaps, risks/issues, and develop a project plan to successfully execute the transition to sustainment.
Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in data management and reporting tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
15+ years of professional work experience in integration management and oversight.
Proven track record of creating strategies and plans for integrating multiple IT systems/subsystems.
Experience coordinating with development and user teams to assess risks, goals, and needs.
Demonstrated expertise in introducing new hardware or software into existing environments with minimal disruption.
Cost-conscious with a strong focus on achieving goals.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent; an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) preferred.
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00/hour to $90.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
