CTG Integration Oversight Lead in Remote, United States

CTG is seeking to fill an Integration Oversight Lead position for our client in Washington, DC.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of interfaces and plan timelines for transitioning to sustainment.

  • Gather, collect, and populate data for the VistA and Non-VistA legacy application cutover and transition templates.

  • Provide recurring reports and metrics on the completion of the cutover and transition effort specific to VistA and Non-VistA legacy applications.

  • Engage with existing legacy system owners, business owners, and Cerner.

  • Coordinate and support various meetings, create meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up.

  • Create and manage plans for interface decommissioning.

  • Identify, remediate/escalate technical challenges, gaps, risks/issues, and develop a project plan to successfully execute the transition to sustainment.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in data management and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • 15+ years of professional work experience in integration management and oversight.

  • Proven track record of creating strategies and plans for integrating multiple IT systems/subsystems.

  • Experience coordinating with development and user teams to assess risks, goals, and needs.

  • Demonstrated expertise in introducing new hardware or software into existing environments with minimal disruption.

  • Cost-conscious with a strong focus on achieving goals.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent; an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) preferred.

  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00/hour to $90.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
