CTG Executive Assistant/Administrator in Raleigh, North Carolina
CTG is assisting our client fill a part-time Executive Assistant/Administrator opening for a client in Raleigh, North Carolina.
We are looking for a contractor to staff an Executive Briefing Center 2-3 days a week. This position has the potential for temp to perm.
Responsibilities:
Manage the briefing meeting schedule with several meetings happening at the same time
Confidently meet customers with a friendly demeanor and customer service-oriented manner
Carefully select menus and manage the food & beverage ordering to coordinate with scheduled meeting times and number of attendees
Set up meeting rooms to ensure the room is ready for guests, A/V is working properly, wifi is up and running, etc.
Schedule and coordinate ground transportation and flights for select guests
Search and contract offsite lunches, dinners, and activities
Provide local knowledge of the Raleigh-Durham area for out-of-town customers
Manage meeting or event communications such as save the date, invitations, attendee day of logistics communications, etc.
Manage shipping of supplies to meetings
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
