CTG Quality Engineer Test Data Management in Phoenix, Arizona

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer Test Data Management opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 10 months

Duties:

  • Manage test data for quality assurance processes.

  • Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from Oracle databases.

  • Support test automation efforts by assisting with test case creation, script development, and execution of end-to-end testing.

  • Ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of test data for functional and non-functional testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve data-related issues.

  • Provide support in data reporting and maintain records of test data for auditing and compliance purposes.

  • Take on additional responsibilities related to test data management as needed, and continuously improve test data processes.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle databases.

  • Test automation experience, particularly in end-to-end testing environments.

  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting and its relevance in testing processes is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data management best practices in testing scenarios.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in test data management or quality engineering, including experience with SQL and Oracle databases.

  • Proven experience in test automation, with knowledge of test case creation and execution.

  • Experience in regulatory reporting is an asset but not required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
