Our client in Phoenix, AZ has an immediate opening for 2 Bi-Lingual Spanish/English PC Technical Helpdesk Associates for a 2 month contract assignment.

Position: 2 Bi-Lingual Spanish/English PC Technical Helpdesk Associates

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 2 month contract

Compensation: $16.00/hr (No PTO)

Essential job functions:

Fluent Spanish is a requirement

Candidates who are available from 6AM to 6PM

Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

Research questions using available information resources

Advise user on appropriate action

Follow standard help desk procedures

Log all help desk interactions

Redirect problems to correct resource

Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions

Prepare weekly activity reports

Inform management of recurring problems

Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent Spanish is required

Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment specifically mobile applications on Android and iOS

Knowledge and experience of customer service practices

Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support


Problem analysis

Thorough understanding of mobile applications and their operating systems (iOS and Android)
