CTG is seeking aServiceNow Business Process Consultantto join our growing team and help service multiple clients. Location: Remote

Project Responsibilities:

  • Leads Requirements discovery workshops, documenting requirements as user stories

  • Tracks and follows up with client to collect required configuration information and data, such as groups, group members, etc.

  • Participates in story grooming and daily standups, and drives any requirements clarifications with the client, ensure an inter-relationships with those clarifications are also addressed

  • Provides requirements guidance and input to development team during technical standups

  • Participates in development QA testing to confirm user stories conform to user stories / acceptance criteria before releasing user stories from development

  • Coordinates and counsels UAT team as they create acceptance test cases to ensure their readiness for UAT

  • Creates / manages the creation of solution run books and job aids

  • Ensures delivery leads to a minimum CSAT rating of 4.0

Practice Development Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of consistent delivery methods and processes

  • Harvest / create deliverables templates for reuse

  • Harvest / document common user stories to create a reusable library to accelerate delivery

  • Provide performance feedback and guidance to project team members

  • Pre-sales support

  • Participate in client discovery meetings as requested

  • Provide demos of key ServiceNow functionality as requested

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of professional experience

  • 3+ years ServiceNow consulting experience

  • Experience as primary Business Process Consultant for 5 or more ServiceNow implementations (NOT supporting existing implementations)

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification

  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies

  • Knowledge of key ServiceNow concepts, platform services, constructs, and technology including business rules, script includes, etc.

  • Experience with ServiceNow quality assurance / test plan development
