CTG is currently hiring aSenior Data Analytics Program Managerto support our client in Philadelphia, PA. This will be a year long contract.
Location:Remote with some amount of travel to the client location..
Should be able to work East coast hours
Collaborates with multi-disciplinary (clinical/research/operational) teams to understand the expectations, requirements, and ensure that the scope and requirements are well defined and documented accurately.
Works with technical expertise to ensure that the business requirements are translated into technical requirements, map out the key milestones and develop success criteria for the project.
Uses best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholder’s needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes.
Establishes resourcing plan, communication plan, escalation matrix and traceability matrix to track the deliverables against the requirements.
Provides effective and concise reporting of project activities including risks/issues.
Facilitates technical discussions with the vendors and in-house technical expertise as needed to accomplish the goals.
Strong experience in managing/delivering data analytics projects
Ability to grasp the terminologies used in modern data and analytics solutions.
Prior experience in having hands-on experience in building data analytics projects is preferred.
Familiarity with IT/compliance best practices in building and deploying a production ready solution.
Experience utilizing Agile methodology for development
Previous Healthcare IT experience preferred
PMP certification preferred
