CTG Agile & Fusion Leader in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

CTG is seeking an Agile and Fusion leader to assist our healthcare client deploy Fusion across their organization.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Duties:

Team Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to ensure all team members are aligned with the organization's goals, timelines, and objectives.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, ensuring a positive work environment and high morale.

Fusion Technology Development & Strategy:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of fusion technology innovation, from ideation to operationalization.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the strategic vision for fusion technologies within the company.

Program Management:

  • Ensure the successful execution of complex fusion teams, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

  • Utilize Agile or other appropriate methodologies to manage program development cycles, ensuring iterative progress and continuous feedback loops.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Report to senior leadership on the progress of fusion initiatives, providing regular updates on key milestones, risks, and outcomes.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.

  • Monitor and measure the success of fusion programs using established KPIs and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

  • Expertise in strategic planning, program management, and resource allocation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

  • Proficient in project management tools and technologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, with at least 3-5 years focused on fusion teams or agile teams.

  • Deep understanding of fusion product teams, including current developments and future trends.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies, program management, and cross-functional collaboration in high-tech or energy sectors.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $$140,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
