Job Number: 19202654 Seeking a resource to provide backup support on an as needed basis for ClairVia and Teletracking. This resource will be remote and will provide backup support when primary analyst is on vacation, observing hoiday or out sick. This position is as needed only.

Clarvia workforce application utilized for clinical staff scheduling and determining patient acuity. There are three programs in the ClairVia software suite: CVM Client, CVM Web and CVM Administrator. Resource should be familiar with NPAS Assessents imported from Cener to measure patient acuity. Responsibilities include all support such as incidents, service/change request, routine maitenance. Current version 8.4.2.

Teletracking XT Application is used for management of inpatient bed assignment by the Bed Control Department, to manage patient transportation within UI Health by the Transport Department, and to manage bed cleaning and spill cleaning requests by the Environmental Services Department (housekeeping). All clinical units have access to their unit patient information via desktop and large whiteboard wall monitors.

Transfer Center version 3.5.2.8- Application used by the Bed Control Department to manage inpatient transfer requests from other hospitals and nursing facilities. This application is owned by TeleTracking but "Transfer Center" is a standalone application.
