Project Duration:Consulting Position, 12+ Months
Project Location:Painted Post, NY 14870
Job Title: IT Project Analyst
Work Hours:Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
•Running small to mid-level projects depending on team needs
•Creation of project estimates, timelines, risk plans
•Manage project budgets
•Manage project teams
•Track project status
•Project management process use and compliance
•Execution of project plan deliverables
•Project communication planning and execution
•Preparation for and conducting of meetings and other project-related communications
•Conduct lessons learned for projects; make assessments and professional recommendations for any changes in practices based on learnings
•Engage with Service Line owners and team members
•Issue facilitation and resolution; recommendation on how problems can be resolved when issues arise
•Participate in Steering, Advisory, and various project meetings
Educational and Experience Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years project management experience
•Advanced Computer Skills
•Good written and oral communication capability and presentation skills; persuasive, encouraging, motivating, and inspiring; the ability to listen and understand
•Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure
•Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete objectives
•Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities
•Ability to Learn quickly and transfer knowledge to others
•No third party resumes will be accepted
•Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted
•All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors)
