Job Number: 19205965 Computer Task Group is seeking a Leadership Development Instructional Designer for a 6 Month Contract position for their client located in Orlando, FL.

The RMS Leadership Development Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design, creation, execution of content associated with our learning programs, including content curator of our informal learning spaces.



5 years in Instructional design or Learning Content development with social learning methods (Communities of Practice, Streaming Video. Blogs, etc.) • Proficient with instructional design tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Vyond/GoAnimate and other web authoring software • Knowledgeable about web editing software such as Dreamweaver, CSS, Java script • Familiarity with web site optimization platform, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects and Premiere • Demonstrated effective project management, communication, consulting, problem solving and decision-making skills • Fully engages and understands learner needs; champion of the learner experience • Experience facilitating in Adobe Connect environment and using virtual instructional design tools like polls, chat, and virtual white boards
