CTG's premier client, a Fortune 500 global supplier of paints, coatings, specialty materials, has an immediate contract Help Desk 2 opening for a 1-Year assignment in Oak Creek, WI.

Position Title: Help Desk 2

Duration: 1-Year Contract with possibility to be extended

Location: Onsite in Oak Creek, WI

Shift: 8am- 5pm

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Job Description

  • Help customers who are having basic operation problems and system malfunctions

  • Receive customer problem reports and answer same under the guidance of Second Level

  • Answer questions regarding system procedures, on-line transactions, system status and downtime

  • Relay messages sent to or received from customers in a timely manner

  • Stay informed of all changes to the operating systems or software programs that affect customers

  • Relay requests for assistance that are outside the scope of the Help Desk to the appropriate group

  • Maintain records of correspondence received and responded to

  • Responsibilities will also include printing labels for the plant, managing our RF Handheld inventory, and help desk duties

Requirements

  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have intermediate level proficiency in verbal and written skills; technical/mechanical aptitude, and organizational skills
