Position: Jr. Executive Administrative Assistant (<5years experience)
Location: Norwalk, CT
Duration: 8 months
Compensation: $17.83 / hourly

Essential job functions :
Perform basic administrative duties with minimal guidance.
Experience/knowledgeable on personal computer and/or create documents and proof read for accuracy.
File and retrieve documents.
Perform copying and faxing. Handle telephone calls and correspondence.
Open and distribute mail.
Coordinate meeting schedules, calendars, appointments and travel itineraries.
Other administrative duties as required.
Order forms and general office suppliers
Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word (Windows NT) and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multi-line phone system and learn voice-mail.
Ability to type 40 words per minute with high level of accuracy .
Communication interpersonal skills
Minimum 3 years experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
